Brushing Deadline
The Annual National Novel Writing Month Marathon was held this past Friday, November 21. It was a great success, bringing together amazing writers who stayed throughout the night. Officially starting at 7:15 PM, NaNoWriMo lasted through the night and beat the record of 14 hours by half an hour, finishing at 9:30 AM!! Clayton Ferrara and Victoria Sanchez tied for first place, and Mike Robinson won second. Congratulations to all the writers for a job well done!
The deadline for the annual publication of Brushing is fast approaching! However, to accommodate for students working on writing and art portfolios, the deadline is being extended to December 12 at 11:59 pm! We want to give everyone the chance to submit any work they might have!
Remember to submit either through this website, or if that fails for some unknown-probably-highly-technical-reason, feel free to submit your works as attachments to brushingeditorinchief@gmail.com. Limit of 10 pieces per person, but all writing and art, all themes and genres are accepted.
